It occurred to me the other day that 99% of the art here is ancient history and that I haven't really been going in any particular direction with this blog.  So, I believe a total revamp is in order.
   Over the next week or so there should be some big changes. Almost all of the art on here is at least a year old, so quite a bit of it will be moved or removed. I have a ton of silly sketches and whatnot from the past few months that are just screaming to be posted.
   When the fog clears I am going to attempt to turn this into a sketch-blog with updates every Monday thru Friday.  Then again, I start college on the 20th, so we will see how that goes. :S

Wow, time flies!

High school is almost over and I am both excited and apprehensive about college. I applied to a whole bunch of art colleges (MICA, SCAD, SVA, and Pratt) as well as academic, but ultimately I decided that I would like to give this artist thing a try :). We'll see how that goes, haha.

I updated a new page that will hopefully be the beginnings of a webcomic that I would like to launch in about a year. It's in a different style than I usually work in and I'm not yet sure if its good or bad. Take a look, hope you enjoy!

       Hello, my name is Christina Rycz. I am also known informally as Nikki, and as Ravirin on most internet haunts. I'm seventeen and an aspiring artist from Brooklyn. I currently attend Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School of Music & Art and Performing Arts.


       This site is set to function as my creative outlet, and will feature both finished and unfinished work. I have several projects in development, both written and drawn(or a combination thereof), that I need to flesh out (as a result, the site may get a bit messy at times). 
       There will also be some images that involve nudity, all tame of course. But, if you dislike the naked human form, consider yourself warned.
